The house is ideally located for A20 which is 3 mins drive away giving easy access to Kent or London. Maidstone East station which is a 20 min walk or 9 mins cycle away and from there it is just over an hour to London Blackfriars or Victoria. Ashford International is just 30mins away by train.

There are also plenty of buses taking you to the surrounding areas and Maidstone centre.
