Double room ground floor furnished ,shared shower and bathroom ,NOT ALL PICTURES HAVE BEEN UPLOADED fitted high level wardrobe all clean and tidy, bright and contemporary ready for let,, location is within a very short walk of town centre of maidstone and all main line rail stations, the east station being the closest. and its regular bus services, this double room is available for viewing now and ready for let after all credit and reference checks have returned positive, a retaining deposit will be required. would suit professional single person only, the rent is inclusive of all bills including broadband, cleaning to house communal areas and garden maintenance is carried out weekly.. i have no other rooms available at present. single occupancy only, newly renovated , with double bed. bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobe, all the above rooms have sharing facility of toilet and bathroom on the first floor as with a separate shower room toilet and wash room also on first floor, all recently refurbished and refitted, additional toilet to ground floor, shared kitchen completely fitted out, as with washing machine and dryer, there is a dinning communal area and shared garden, super fast broadband and tv . this is a strictly no smoking in or outside of house, and no pets, all communal areas cleaned and garden maintained weekly. . parking is roadside free from 18.30 until 08.00 monday to saturday, and all day sunday, all other times are subject to road side permit, to be applied for from maidstone borough council parking department, which is normal for these town centre locations. if you have a car and want to park outside or very near the house, a permit will be required, and this may not be granted, as the allocation limit for this house has been reached.,
