Hey! We have a room available in this social but peaceful house just outside of Maidstone, near the hospital.

The house is big and comfortable, with dining room, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms.
There is space for one more person. You have the choice of two different rooms as I don't mind which one I use:
Room 1 is a large double on the first floor with walk in wardrobe. Shares a big bathroom with one other. £825/month.
Room 2 is a large double on the lower ground floor with a big window which lets in plenty of light. Shares a shower room with one other. £650/month.
You'll be sharing with Sam a graphic designer (F), Holly a doctor (F) and Dan a construction professional/live-in landlord (M).
Suitable for working professionals, who are down to earth, easy-going and respectful. Ideally in their 20s/30s and have things in common - mainly fitness and the outdoors!
The rooms come furnished.
Garage space potentially available and pets potentially welcome.
