Hey! We have a room available in this social but peaceful house just outside of Maidstone, near the hospital.
Bills included.
The house is big and comfortable... Two bathrooms! Plus separate dining room, living room and kitchen.
You have the choice of two different rooms as I don't mind which one I use:
Room option 1 is a large double on the first floor with awesome walk in wardrobe. £825/month (or £1,325/month for a couple).
Room option 2 is a large double on the lower ground floor. £695/month (or £1,195/month for a couple).
You'll be sharing with Sam a graphic designer (F), Alexey a welder (M) and Dan a construction professional/live-in landlord (M).
Suitable for working professionals, who are down to earth, easy-going and respectful. Ideally in their 20s/30s and have things in common - mainly fitness and the outdoors!
The room comes furnished.
