Single / Double room on the river!

Spare room available in a friendly, relaxed home in Maidstone. The house is clean, quiet and well looked after, with a lovely river view and lots of greenery.

You’ll be sharing with me a professional female homeowner and a small dog. I work in London and generally do 3 days a week in the office Monday- Friday. Weekends will be chill days and would be lovely to do things together!

The room would suit a professional who works mainly outside the home as the room, with a double bed, could be quite uncomfortable.

The house has a shared newly renovated kitchen and living space, good WiFi and all usual amenities included. You will have a parking spot. Maidstone west and Maidstone town centre is a 15 min walk away. There is also a Tesco and a Lidl only a 2 minute drive / 5 minute walk away.

I’m looking for someone easygoing, considerate and who will treat the house like a home! As I have a dog and will spend 3 days working in London we will have to make sure that all 3 of us (pup included) get along :)

All Bills included plus WiFi. You will also be able to use my Netflix / Disney on the living room TV.
