This property is located only 5 minutes walk away from Maidstone East train station and the town centre.

The house consists of 7 bedrooms and one communal kitchen. The property has a large fully fitted communal kitchen/dining-room (fully furnished with, washer-dryer, 2 fridge freezers, all the plates/glasses/pans/toaster/kettle) and a large garden.

We have one bedroom available with a shared ensuite via a lockable jack and jill door which is shared with one other female tenant.

Available all rooms are furnished with:

- one double bed
- one double-door wardrobe
- one 3-drawer chest
- one 2-drawer bedside unit

Rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, high speed fibre wireless broadband, cleaner for communal areas every 2 weeks)

One months rent deposit is required.
