Luxury Furnished River View Room/Floor + En-Suite

Ideal place if you're in-between house moves or have a temporary work contract or visiting friends/family.
(No couples and no cats or dogs)

The room/ bedsit needs to be viewed to be appreciated, it's hard to capture it in a photo. I’m happy to FaceTime to show you via video and have a chat.
My apartment is set out over two floors. I have the whole of the downstairs and you will have the whole of the upstairs - with your own front door entrance upstairs, a desk, toaster and kettle, fridge, microwave & air fryer.
You are welcome to use the washing machine which is downstairs.

It has been refurbished to a high standard with fitted wardrobes.
There is a nice private 4 piece en-suite.
There’s a double bed with a foam mattress, and bedding supplied if needed.

It's just myself that lives here downstairs with my 3 year old boy who’s in bed by 7pm. He stays away every other weekend.

It's on the Kingfisher Meadow Complex next to LockMeadow, which is a gated complex with a concierge and CCTV.
I'm right at the back overlooking the river so although you have everything you need in town on your doorstep, it's set back enough to have complete peace and quiet and is relaxing watching the boats go by on the balcony.

It's a 5 min walk to Maidstone West train station which now has Fast speed train direct to St. Pancreas or you have Maidstone East train station about another 10min walk away which takes you straight to London Victoria in 1hr.

Visitor Bays/Free Parking is limited here. On the road outside and in the car park next door there is free parking after 6.30pm every night and free all day Sunday's.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, prefer a non-smoker.
Would suit a respectful professional, and a good sense of humour would be a bonus.
