Good size double room with big set of drawers and oak bookcase - furniture can be moved though if you prefer, plus hanging rail available.
Spare room gets light in the afternoons and overlooks the back garden with an apple tree and fig tree, and there is a small front garden too.

Just a few minutes walk from Margate train station and the main sands here.

There is a large bathroom upstairs + a small shower room with extra toilet downstairs so no waiting for the bathroom - almost as good as having an en-suite, just less modern...

I am an art teacher and artist, usually working from home around 3-4 days per week. I also paint from home so like to keep a calm atmosphere in the house.

Bonus if you like gardening: am trying for veg this year; also planting flowers.

Having shared homes lots before I'm a v considerate housemate and expect basic tidiness in shared spaces but I'm not over the top about cleaning. Easy to get along with, hope you are too.
