Friendly housemate wanted for relaxed home !

Hello,

We have recently moved from London to Margate and are really loving it here and . We have a snug, small double bedroom which has brilliant spacious cupboard space and desk. to offer The bed has a brand new super comfy mattress.. Our new housemate would have access to all utilities( dishwasher, freezer etc) own cupboards in kitchen and use of the large garden/living room etc

We have a very large but super friendly cat called Zorro and we hope that our new housemate would look after him (and water the plants) if we are away. It's really important to us that we have a housemate that would be ok with looking after things here when I am away which is quite often. We would really appreciate someone who genuinely likes cats. Please keep in mind that the room is small so if you need a lot of space it would not be for you. However, it has a spacious understairs cupboard with mirror which makes up for the fact that it's small.

We are used to renting out a room and enjoy having someone to stay with us . We are very easy going and also respectful of others' space. and property We are also doing our best to be as eco friendly and environment conscious as we can be. My current housemate is a young doctor from India

The high street and main sands are just a few minutes walk away and Dane Park is very close. . The wonderful food shops in Cliftonville are about 15 mins walk away.
