We are offering a double room to rent for 3 months in our relaxed happy eco friendly home in central Margate which is close to the high street, galleries, and main sands . It is also very near to QEQM if you are working there I am a freelance English teacher and my other housemate is a nurse at the hospital. We moved to Margate from London about a couple of years ago and truly love being here and enjoy the sea, beaches, art galleries, cafes, gardening and walking locally. We are looking for someone who would appreciate a calm, relaxed home. We are also looking for someone who really does like cats as I am away sometimes and the cat would need looking after and who would be willing to water the plants when I am away.
The room offered is pretty spacious and has great cupboard space . All in all, we are just looking for someone relaxed, and nice and who would appreciate a calm and creative household to live in.. It's possible that the room can be rented for longer. than 3 months. I'm not sure yet
