Hi there, we are looking for someone to take our entire flat in Margate on a short to mid term basis, Monday to Friday only, as we use it ourselves on the weekend.
The flat is on the 15th floor of Margate's most famous high rise overlooking the sea. The views and sunsets are breathtaking. Lovely neighbours and a friendly community to live in. Free parking is available.
The flat is furnished, and is a very peaceful place to be. We keep the decor minimal for that laid back feel.
There is no wifi or TV, we usually use a laptop tethered to our phones when we are there if we want to stream content.
Electricity bills will be divided up by use, we will cover the council tax and service charges for the block.
