Hello lovely people!

It's that time again - my wonderful housemate is moving back to London - so I'm advertising the spare room in a 2 bed house share, in an incredible central Margate location!

The room:
-Bright and airy double, with lots of natural light!
-Part furnished with a double bed frame (mattress not supplied) and wardrobe
-At the back of the house (upstairs), so it’s nice and quiet, with double glazing and good sound insulation

The rest of the house:
-Big, open plan downstairs living/ dining area with lots of natural light and French door access to garden
-Huge bathroom with separate shower and large bathtub, separate toilet room
-Large Beautiful, south-facing garden/ patio area - perfect for bbqs and outdoor workouts!
-Fully equipped kitchen, gas hob

The location (incredible!)
-5 mins walk from Margate old town/ the sea front
-Also 5 mins walk to Northdown road in Cliftonville!
-20 mins walk from QEQM hospital
-15 mins walk to Margate train station

A little about me:
-I’m 30, and I work for the NHS as a Physiotherapist.
-Very into my health and fitness, and generally getting outdoors and to the beach as often as I can, but I also love cooking, and a cheeky beer at the weekend!
-I’m generally up and out very early, and early to bed during the week
-I value a relaxed, tidy and comfortable space to call home when I finish work - and I'm looking for someone who feels the same about their home!

The ideal housemate:
-Easygoing, respectful, tidy and keen to keep the good vibes at home!
-It’s absolutely not a party house, but somewhere I hope you’d feel comfortable to invite a couple of friends over for dinner/ bbqs in the garden as and whenever!
-Both of my previous housemates have been doctors in temporary placement at QEQM hospital, and the arrangements have worked really well!
