Large Double in Beautiful Edwardian House

Hey there!

We have a lovely double room available in this gorg 3 bed Edwardian terraced house, fully furnished, just off Northdown Road in Margate. Our existing flatmate is moving out so their room is becoming available from April.

Rent is £725 ex bills (and bills are around £114 each per month for council tax, water, internet, gas and electricity).

The house also has two living rooms, a huge kitchen dining room and a very spacious garden at the back.

Only a couple of minutes away from all the amenities of Northdown Road, the old town, the main sands and Walpole Bay tidal pool.

As for us, there’s three in total, two females and one gorgeous (but very timid!) little cat. One of us is 35, works in Marketing and one is 36, works as a Project Manager. Both of us are new-ish to Margate, both lived in London for a while, quite into travelling, wine (always up for sharing a bottle over dins when we’re home together!), being involved in the community and we’re looking forward to a sunny fun summer ahead! Looking for someone/a couple who can slot in, ideally relaxed, will treat the place like a home and obviously must be a cat fan too!
