Large Double in Beautiful Edwardian House

Hey there!

We have a lovely double room available in this gorg 3 bed Edwardian terraced house, fully furnished, just off Northdown Road in Margate. Our existing flatmates (a lovely couple) are moving to Dorset so their room is becoming available.

Rent is £725 ex bills (and bills are around £114 each per month for council tax, water, internet, gas and electricity) and the room is available from the end of October/beginning of November.

The house also has two living rooms, a huge kitchen dining room and a very spacious garden at the back.

Only a couple of minutes away from all the amenities of Northdown Road, the old town, the main sands and Walpole Bay tidal pool.

As for us, there’s three in total, two females and one gorgeous (but very timid!) little cat. One of us is 29, works in Marketing and one is 36, works as a Project Manager. Both of us are new-ish to Margate, both lived in London for a decade but both originally from nearby towns, so we know the area quite well. Between us we like keeping fit, yoga, running (one of us just completed our first marathon - woop!), going to book club, travelling, cooking etc and we enjoy both coffee and wine so always up for a chat whenever we’re both at home. Looking for someone/a couple who can slot in, ideally relaxed, will treat the place like a home and obviously must be a cat fan too!
