I have a lovely large double in my newly renovated Victorian end of terrace. Right by Westgate beach and 3 min walk to Margate station. 10 mins to the Old Town.

The room has a small double bed - perfect for one - a desk, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside chest. Loads of power points and looks out on the gardens at the back. There is a small terrace at the front of the property which is mine.

Large living area with space to enjoy a meal, read quietly or catch up on a box set on the comfy sofa.

I'm a live in owner who is relaxed, friendly and tidy and the only other resident is my shy and quiet cat and a guinea pig, who is confined to barracks in the spare room!

Always had great experiences and relationships with tenants who I treat with respect. I work in the Arts and commute twice a week. Also have plenty away weekends and holidays so you'll often have complete privacy.

My 'all back to mine' days are over so looking for someone who feels the same. Age and gender much less important than mutual respect and attitude. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Shared kitchen and bathroom which are both shiny and new and the kitchen is well stocked if you enjoy cooking (as I do).

I pay for a cleaner once a fortnight which is included in the price. The only additional cost would be for loo roll, cleaning products, bin bags etc. which we'd split.

Would be perfect for a professional, nurse, teacher or anyone who works in the Arts. Hybrid workers also welcome.
