This is an amazing house to live in. A huge living room, kitchen and dining room, not to mention the garden. Live in a shared home with space to enjoy time to yourself with friends and family. There is a living room with a sofa bed for occasional guests to use.

The dining room looks out to the beautiful garden through French windows, leading onto a sundeck area with a table and chairs. Therefore, there are a number of places to choose from when relaxing.

The great thing about this house is space, beautifully decorated 1879 Victorian detached house opposite Margate beach. There is a quite hidden garden to enjoy in the spring and summers days in the shade of the trees.

The house is opposite the amazing Margate Beach with the Turner gallery across the other side of the beach. The house is a two-minute walk from Margate station with bus stops taking you to Ramsgate and Canterbury over the road.

All bills are included in the rent, with the continuing unprecedented increases in utilities costs, there is a monthly assessment of the increases in utilities costs and any increases shared equally with the housemates.
