Sea view flat to share in the old town

I’ve got a nice cheap room available in my flat from end of May beginning of June.

£465+ bills (count around £600 all included) for a very decent size bedroom.

It’s ideally placed in the old town, your bedroom and the living room have an incredible sea view and it’s 5min from the train station. The light at sunset is absolutely gorgeous and the flat has been redecorated a year ago.

You’ll share the flat with me, Geoffrey, freelance sound engineer, musician in his 30th. I’d like to keep this place quite quiet, clean and cosy, but lively. Great if you like to share your last music discovery, your favourite recipes, a bottle of wine and if you like friends to come around for diner, not a party flat though...

This is not an Airbnb, looking for medium to long term agreement.
