Beautiful country village with house to match.

Large double room, Just had the room redecorated. Double bed and bed side tables. New bedding, new blk out curtain.. wallpapered feature wall and entire room re painted. Sky Q installed ready to enjoy.
Newly fitted shared bathroom to a high standard which consists of a bath/shower unit. Downstairs has a kitchen with off white units and solid oak tops keeping the country theme. This leads into the kitchen eating area then flows out into the newly built conservatory / extension and front room. Just had a new very large downstairs bathroom with shower installed.
To the back is a garden shed for bicycles etc. Garden approx 150 m
I do have a dog which is insanely friendly and I do have my 10yr old son come to stay too.
. Really fun house packed with laughter and would be great for the right person.
If a couple would like to rent the room that also isn't an issue as have a lovely pair who have not long left. The cost of the room would be £700 all in with the same deposit.
I am still working ( lone working ) so not in contact with others. I would prefer to have someone in a similar situation or home due to the current pandemic. By all means get in touch and tell me your situation.
