Spacious Room Available in Friendly Shared House in quiet cul-de-sac in Newington (5 mins walk to Train Station)

A comfortable double bedroom is available in a lovely shared house in Newington, just a short walk from the train station, perfect for commuters or anyone wanting easy transport links. The room can be furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. Alternatively, if you would like to bring your own I am happy with this.

You’ll be sharing with myself. I am easygoing and have two well-behaved dogs (see in image) so being an animal lover is a must 🐾 The house has a relaxed and homely feel.

6 month contract preferred, with rolling after that, but open to shorter stays for the right person.

Great location close to shops, transport, and local orchards for walking.

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy to get along with who will fit in well with the household. Female professionals preferred.
