I have a double room for rent with your own separate bathroom. There’s a double bed, wardrobe, table and chairs in the bedroom.
Its a 15minute walk to Ebbsfleet International. Which is 18minutes to London St. Pancras.
I’m a 45 year old Gas Engineer. And I’m out of the house all day working in London. I have a 7 year old daughter who stays with one weekend every month, she’s is very chilled and keeps herself to herself when indoors. However, we like to go into London for the day, when she stays.
The house is fully furnished with Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There’s a small balcony with table and chairs on it. If you smoke, I don’t mind you having a cigarette on the balcony. Just close the door 😊
There is street parking, a local Co Op on my doorstep. And a lovely family friendly pub also on my doorstep.
