1. 30 second walk to the bus stop which take you straight to ORPINGTON high street, ORPINGTON station and CHELSFIELD station all just under 5 minutes.
3. If you don't like the bus, you can walk to both Orpington and Chelsfield station in 10 minutes and train to London only takes 15 minutes from both stations. Honestly it cannot be more well connected.

We are looking for a single working professional or a couple who are clean, neat, respectful and tidy. This is our loving home and we are happy to share all amenities with you and welcome you to our house, therefore no crazy party at the house please. We will do a full credit & criminal record check on the interested potential tenant.
