The tenant will have her own independent toilet/shower room just next to her bedroom. The tenant will have access to the kitchen and front and back garden.

The tenant will have access to washing machine and dryer.
It is a very quite and beautiful area with plenty of parking available on the road.
Viewing in the evening or weekends.

TESCO and High Street Orpington are 3 minutes by car, 14 minutes by bus and 20 minutes walking.
There is a big park (Tubbenden Park and Recreation ground) just across the road from us.
