We have a furnished double bedroom to rent. The room is furnished with a double bed, dresser, curtains, mirror, wardrobe, shoe rack, pedestal fan, and fridge. It is fully carpeted. The tenant will have her own independent toilet/shower room just next to her bedroom. The tenant will have access to the kitchen and front and back garden.

Broadband, electricity, central heating, water and gas included in the rent.

The tenant will have access to washing machine and dryer.

It is a very quite and beautiful area with plenty of parking available on the road.

Viewing in the evening or weekends.

Princesses Royal University Hospital is 4 minutes drive on a car, 23 minutes on bus and 29 minutes walk and Orpington Hospital is 3 minutes on car, 14 minutes on bus and 16 minutes walk.
TESCO and High Street Orpington are 3 minutes by car, 14 minutes by bus and 20 minutes walking.
There is a big park (Tubbenden Park and Recreation ground) just across the road from us.
