Double Room In Spacious Orpington End Terrace

We are looking to rent out our spare room to a fellow young, fun loving professional.

The room is a good size for a single person and has a double bed, rails and cabinet in it. With plenty of other storage space in both the house and the outhouse. We are happy to add additional wardrobe/ chest of draws to the room if desired.

The sofa and swivel chair are both brand new and lovely to relax in while watching TV or reading a book next to the log burning fire.

The bathroom also has a large walk in shower around the corner, along with the stand alone bathtub we also have.

The 6 seater dining room has currently been turned into my home office during the Pandemic and I am joined at work by our two Gerbils.

At the front there is on road parking. We then have a gated entrance with a small garden.

We have a lovely spacious rear garden, which has seating, a BBQ and vegetable patch (note: we have just got rid of the Hot Tub). There is also a large outhouse which is great for storage and maybe a games room in future.

The kitchen is full of all modern appliances, including fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, blender and there is a washing machine in the utility room at the rear.

There are multiple bus routes available close by, going to both St Mary Crey and Orpington Station. Orpington high street is less than a 5 minute walk from the house, with the Co-op and take away restaurants a minute or so away.
