I have a lovely double room available for renting, it’s a shared bathroom. There is a private garden, shared living room and kitchen. All fairly new and modern furniture/equipment. Less then a 5 minute walk to paddock wood station, Waitrose and lots of other shops. There is also a local pub less then 5 minute walk away. I do have a little spaniel so you must be doggie friendly as he is super human friendly :). Must be clean and tidy. The room comes with a double bed and a small wardrobe.
