I have a lovely double room available for rent with shared facilities. My house is detached with three bedrooms and has recently had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted and completely redecorated. There is a driveway for parking and the use of the garden which backs on to woodland.
There is no internet but previous tenants have had a dongle or have paid for broadband as I do not use it.
Conveniently located to bus stops and the Tunbridge Wells Hospital is approximately 30 minutes walk. Nearby are a pharmacy, chinese and indian take-aways, fish and chip shop, public houses and a Tesco store. There are train stations located at Tunbridge Wells, Tobridge and Paddock Wood.
