There is a cleaner that comes in once every two weeks and cleans the communal areas

The kitchen, has, washing/dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, 2 fridges and 2 freezers.

There is a patio garden at the back of the house.

Ellington park is at the end of the road, which has recently been renovated, hosts a cafe, bookshop and various music events.

I live in minster, this is my rental house is ramsgate, I am a live out landlady.

The housemates are very friendly, and are all professionals in their 20’s upwards working daytime and are non-smokers. Very friendly bunch.

The deposit is one months rent.
