Stylish, characterful and perfectly located near the centre of the town, a 5 minute walk will take you to the beach and harbour.
Internally, the communal areas are thoughtfully designed, with a very large kitchen/diner, equipped with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers and a separate fully fitted kitchen upstairs. Additionally, a large communal living area includes an comfortable corner sofa, with a smart TV.
Some bedrooms are en-suite and all have their own sinks and ethernet cable ports to ensure the best levels of wifi service throughout the house. There is also three newly refurbished bathrooms and two separate wc’s.
Separate laundry with washer and dryer facilities and communal areas are cleaned weekly.
All bills are included in the rent, so there are no unexpected costs. This includes council tax, utilities and high speed wifi. Oh… and complementary Netflix for all tenants!
