Kylie and Freddie are looking for a friendly, mature person to join us in our comfy, relaxed home.

The large 2nd double room comes fully furnished with a double bed, - including all bedding, storage & office space.

additional WC with over- cistern, eco friendly & stylish tap & basin just beside the room.

Then use if a second sitting room/ guest room with double sofa bed, smart tv, shelves and some basic storage.

*This is on the the understanding that i may have friends or family visit occasionally then this will be their guest bedroom- otherwise a second relaxing living space with smart tv.

I have a cervical spine condition waiting for surgery so have a day bed in the living room also for nights when I can’t manage the stairs. this is a shared space but as long as flatmate understands that after 10.30 on some nights, I may want some privacy if i can’t manage the stairs.

mexican themed kitchen diner with every appliance known to mankind, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and cupboard space ready.

Newly fitted bathroom with waterfall shower, bath and toilet to be completed by 10/4.

Courtyard garden space with BBQ - needs a bit of love as i can’t do it myself but amazing sun trap and seating for summer cocktails and bbqs.

On street parking.
Bills included, but chat around shared consumables & cleaning can be discussed and agreed before moving

as I’m looking for a more mature lodger, I appreciate people may have parental responsibility and contact.

I am DBS checked and appreciate and enjoy the company of young people. Overnight stays and regular visits with kiddos if relevant would be negotiable.
