2-3 months stay in the heart of Ramsgate

I will be travelling between end of June to mid August 2024 (maybe until end of September). My room will be vacant during this period. I will be charging lower rent of £380 to cover the bills. In return I will be leaving some of my belongings in the room (books, clothes, etc) but there will be plenty of space for someone to have some storage for their belongings. My room would be suitable for a female looking for a temporary place, or someone wants to relocate to Ramsgate and see how it feels to live here first, or for holidays.
I live in a two bedroom apartment with another lodger (female). It is in a very secure building, monitored 24 hours through cctv, and close to Waitrose, the harbour, the promenades (5 min walk to the beach from the flat).
The apartment is very clean, has everything one needs, comfortable double bed, electric shower, fully functional kitchen with dishwasher, oven, cooker, washing machine, and various tv channels including Netflix, etc.
I will be asking for a reference, an id and a deposit of one month’s rent.
