Bright.. warm.. comfortable & clean....it is on the ground floor...all bills included in the rent...it will suit someone who works & wants somewhere quiet & a happy environment.....we have Wifi.. we have a garden...you will have full use of our kitchen...plus cupboard... fridge & freezer space.....i often cook meals... which you can get an evening meal for.. £5 per night...i am a cook by trade.....everyone knows each other...& we have a happy house....i would need a security payment of £300.. to hold the room....which would be returned when you leave as long as the room is satisfactory... .please message me if you fit what i am looking for.....if I feel you are the right person...i will invite you along to meet me & see the house.....if you pay monthly...the rent would be.... £p575pcm......or... £130pw ...😎
