Hi there.
My partner and I have recently moved into a new house and need to leave this flat, meaning that we need to find replacement tenant(s). No one else will live there (in other words: it isn't a flat share, it is an entire apartment to yourself).
We can show you around the flat and, if you like it, we will tell the landlord to contact you for referencing.
It is within walking distance of Rochester train station (about ten minutes walk) so a good location. It is available immediately.
There is a private parking space for one car.
Cats are allowed by the landlord.
EPC is D rating.
