The enormous bedroom

This enormous room (6.4 x 4.5m) has a double bed (but could easily fit a super king!), a lounge area, a little kitchnette, an ensuite toilet, and still has a load of floor space!! All bills included, + £10/week for a cleaner.

The room is light and airy with beautiful views over our sunny, spectacular garden, complete with hammocks and two seating areas and a vegetable patch & greenhouse.

Chatham and Rochester stations are 10-15 minutes walk and the house is opposite a parade of shops and we're right by Jackson's fields.

The housemates are brothers in their 60s (my Dad and Uncle), but pretty young at heart and nice to live with. And a lovely (quiet and not smelly) dog called Cash, which means we can't take any other pets unfortunately.

People of any age and situation welcome, but no couples I'm afraid. Happy to consider a Monday to Friday let.

There's a shared living room and a good sized kitchen. The room itself has an ensuite toilet, a sofa, and it's own mini kitchen area (little fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave/grill oven) though you're welcome to use the main shared kitchen too. The shared bathroom has a bath and shower and the housemates can be flexible to accommodate your morning (or any other time of day!) routine.

We have an off street parking space at the rear of the property and there is good street parking too for visiters.

Happy to consider part-furnished if you want to bring some of your own furniture. Please note the desk chair and tall table will not stay, but the bed, sofa, bookcases, fridge, desk qetc will.

Short lets considered, though longer preferred.

All bills included: Council tax, gas, electric, water, TV licence and broadband.
