Double room, ensuite, parking and cleaner!

Hi! I'm currently renting my spare room due to my current flatmate buying her own place. Available from 1st November.

I share my flat with my 2 old puppy Winnie who is super friendly and loves cuddles.

It's in a great location.. 2 mins from the M2, 5 mins from the station, 20 mins to Bluewater and walking distance to the pub, some restaurants and the cinema.

The flat is brand new and everything is finished to a high quality and your room will come fully furnished, you also have a parking space and there is lots of visitors parking. There's a large balcony overlooking the river, open plan kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and you'll have your own ensuite. The rent includes all bills and a weekly cleaner! (She will even change your bedding!)

I'm 31 and work from home full time in recruitment.

When I'm not busy with work I'm either out exploring with Winnie, out with my friends or binge watching something on Netflix. I'm pretty chilled out about everything and really hate any form of drama. :)
