The modern flat is located on the first floor of a brand new build and can be accessed from the front and rear. An elevator and stairs are giving access to all floors.

Unfortunately, there is only one designated parking bay for our flat which we are currently using, so for car owning lodgers who want to have their car kept at the development, this would come with restrictions. We would be happy to explain the options available to you if required. There is a secure bicycle storage shelter right next to the rear car park.

Flat is very secure. An electronic fob is required for access which you would be given upon moving in.
