Good size room quite location

Hey there,

Sadly for us one of our housemates is moving out, so there’s a good size double room going. Rent includes a communal cleaner twice a month, and other bits which I can tell you about in person.
In the house there will be myself - shift worker and my other housemate, who’s a day working person. It’s a respectful place that’s chilled, in summer we do house BBQs, I do house roast if off in winter on a Sunday .. we are social people, but also have no issues with those who like their own space.
Communal living room/ garden.

The bedroom is a good sized double with a built in cupboard.

On street parking.
