It’s a large, comfortable room with the huge bonus of its own private en suite bathroom. The flat has a slightly more "classic" feel, it’s clean, well-maintained, and offers plenty of peace and quiet. There is also a large shared open-plan kitchen and living area.The Location: Located in Medway with excellent links for London commuters (less than 10 minutes to Rochester station) or those working at the nearby University campuses/Hospital.

About Me: I live here alone and value a calm, drama-free home. I’m looking for someone similar—a professional, under-graduate or post-graduate student who is independent, reliable, and appreciates a quiet environment after a long day. I am a guitar player that often out in the evening playing at gigs, and am sometimes away for weeks at a time when on tour.
