Our house

Our comfortable home is a beautiful listed Georgian townhouse with a private garden. As a family home, it is well maintained, with all the amenities you would expect, such as fast Broadband and bills included in the price. It is 5 minutes from Rochester High Street and 10 from Rochester station, with easy access to bus routes.

The room is fully furnished and with plenty of storage space. There is no en suite, but the shared bathroom is spacious, with a roll top bath and a separate high-end shower unit.

We are a professional couple with a 3 year old daughter, Mimi, and are used to welcoming people into our home. We are relaxed and approachable. Our daughter does not wake in the night so shouldn't prevent you from getting a good night's sleep!

We are looking for a clean and considerate lodger, a good communicator who is easy to get along with and is happy to live in a house with a small child. Someone who has a consistent routine would be desirable, as one of us works from home and, as such, the house is a workplace as well.
