The re is a kitchen / diner and a large bathroom that is shared and there is an additional toilet. The house is a largish Victorian semi in a nice part of Rochester. It’s 10-15 minutes walk to the High Street and the station. The motorway is a few minutes drive - to M2 or M20.
It’s a friendly, quiet, attractive house. Parking is easy as the road is a dead end, tree lined and very quiet.
