Gorgeous room, quiet, clean, tidy! We only let out this one room, so it’s peaceful here. Only 5 min walk Historic High Street. Late shop is less than 1 minute walk.
PARKING: Free street parking right outside is not usually more than a few seconds walk from front door :)
There's a TV & comfy arm chair in your room (as lounge isn't part of the let accommodation). Shared dining room and kitchen.
Bath, basin, shower (great water pressure) plus separate loo with additional wash basin.
Quickest trains 35 minutes to London (via 3 different routes to several London Stations - so avoid bus replacements).
ALL BILLS included (gas, elec, tax, broadband etc). Just a very small nominal amount needed towards shared items such as washing-up liquid, cleaning & loo paper.
1. COMMUTERS FIVE DAY LET: £395 pcm (occasional weekend ok by agreement).
2. REGULAR SEVEN DAY LET: £495 pcm
3. VERY SHORT TERM LET - Different rate - please enquire for details.
SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY - Please don't call if needed for 2 people.
N. B. Must be out at work on weekdays approximately 9 to 5. Residency on Dec 25 is not usually included in this rental although personal property can remain.
