I'm Rich, I have a spare room in a ground floor two bedroom flat located at the end of the famous Rochester High Street, one minute walk to shops, cafes, bars, bus routes. The flat is a 5 min walk to Rochester Train station and 40mins to London, St Pancreas. The rent includes Council Tax, gas, water, electricity, Netflix and fibre broadband. I'm the owner of the property so I do take care of the flat.

It is a ground floor flat in a Grade 2 listed building on Star Hill (ME1 1GB). There is a back entrance and a front door entrance. There is some street parking around but very limited.

The room is a well sized double bedroom which is fitted with a double bed, inbuilt wardrobe, with shelving, a desk and a chair. The flat has two bathrooms, so you will have exclusive access to the family bathroom.
The lounge has recently been painted. There is a large open plan kitchen and lounge with sofas and a widescreen OLED TV.

The flat is in great condition. It has a nice small back communal garden. It also has a washing machine and a dryer.

I am pretty easy going and social so I am more than happy to welcome a guy or a girl into the flat. I work full time, I'm into films, snowboarding, reading and gym.
