A lovely furnished double room and your own bathroom, in a cosy cottage, in a really quiet community orientated area in Rusthall, with a local pub just down the road that serves good food. It is 20 minutes walk to Tunbridge Wells train station and town centre and 5 minutes walk to local shops and public transport.

I am a professional female and I work from home and ideally this would suit a professional female who does not need to work from home all the time too! It would suit someone who is easy going and wants somewhere homely to live.

The room is fully furnished and has the comfiest bed. There is a chest of drawers, side table, storage and a cupboard to hang clothes. Ideally the person renting this room would not bring lots of furniture with them.

There is street parking and there are always spaces. You will have access to the kitchen, dining room and sitting room and I also have a lovely garden and decking and there is broadband access.

Rent includes all utility bills, water, council tax, TV licence and Broadband.
