En-Suite Double Room - Sevenoaks

*Note: 5min walk to Bat and Ball Station and 20min walk to Sevenoaks Station. Not Shoreham Station but Spareroom doesn’t allow me to select my closest stations.

I’m looking for a (single) professional person to rent out my second room which has the en-suite. The house is new to me but definitely not new - cosy cottage vibes. Some selling points for those who are interested: The train stations - You could get to Sevenoaks Station from Bat and Ball Station within 2 or 3 minutes but you would need to time this journey carefully. The house is close to Aldi (1minute,) the big Sainsbury’s (5minutes walk) and town (walkable, or by bus.) Bay parking is always available. The garden is great, if that’s something you’re into.
The room is available now. I like to keep the place clean so grateful to have a dishwasher especially since the kitchen is quite small if we are both using it at the same time. This house is great for entertaining and also really good to just relax. Please feel free to come and have a look and ask questions. I’m happy to talk through bills with you as those won’t be included in the £750.
