A housemate is moving out soon, and we’re looking for someone to join our peaceful, friendly home in the heart of Sevenoaks.

The single room will be available subject to completing referencing. A one-week holding deposit is required, and the main deposit (equal to five weeks' rent) is payable before move-in. We’ve recently rebalanced the rent across the house, which means this room is now £100/month cheaper than before—more fair, more friendly.
