The deposit per accommodation per stay is £600 and the Rent is paid monthly in advance and includes all bills.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawer unit(s) and chair.
The modern Kitchen is fully equipped (cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer etc) and has a breakfast bar. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and fridgefreezer. You will have your own Kitchen cupboard, fridge space and freezer space.
The living room has a sofa, armchairs and dining table and 4 chairs.
The bathroom has a bath and shower. There is also a second WC toilet and vanity unit basin. The rear garden is low maintenance with patio area and table and chairs.
There is free on-road parking at the front.
