Large room to rent, in very quiet house non smoker

We have a large room for rent The room is furnished with a new small double bed with memory foam mattress, so a good nights sleep, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobes fitted cupboard and drawer unit, and shelves, recliner chair, and carpets.
The room has a microwave, kettle, toaster, we have tried to make it as self contained as possible, but you can use our kitchen and washing machine. Newly redecorated.
we Occupy the ground floor but I have my craft room upstairs and a guest room for when family and friends sleep but most of the time it will be only yourself and our other lodger who is a male, who works nights and is very quiet and respectful, and clean. There is a very modern and clean Shower room and toilet upstairs.
we have one friendly dog, once he gets to know you, we have a large dog gate so he cannot get to the front door or upstairs. We do have CCTV in the hallway downstairs, each room has its own locking door.

We are looking for lodgers, over 30 working full time, not home workers, sorry but our home is not suitable for children or pets. Our home is a very quiet house so if you like playing loud music or playing games loudly or wanting to entertain then this room is not for you.

We have house rules and expect you to keep your rooms clean and tidy and to clean the bathroom and other common areas after use,

I will be offering an evening cooked meal if required at extra cost to be arranged and a Laundry service. We have central heating, double glazing, we are an easy going older couple.

We are a ten minute walk to sheerness town centre, train station, swimming pool, pubs and restaurants, lovely walks, bus stop outside house, opposite the sea and promenade so plenty of lovely walks and sea air.

No deposit is required. Lodgers agreement must be agreed and signed, personnel reference required and proof of last three months wages via bank statement ID such as passport or drivers license. We do not accept DSS or any kind of benefit, no couples or children sorry.
Cost is £110 per week which includes all bills and internet.
