Live in landlord (Ash) and housemate (Kerry) looking for a housemate in a 3 bedroom flat. The flat is lovely and homely.
Bedroom includes bed, mattress, built in wardrobe and a bedside table.
This really is a lovely flat and is only a 5 minute walk to Sidcup station which has excellent links into London. Nearby are lots of shops including take aways, tesco express and co-op and a bar near the station. The high street isn't too far away also.
The price of the room includes bills including broadband and television in the lounge.
There is a very large terrace at the back of the flat. None of us are smokers but happy for anyone to smoke outside.
We split the cleaning to try and keep the flat clean and so far it works!
We are friendly and chatty, we like to chill with a film and take away but also do like to have friends over and have some drinks. We are happy for housemates to have people over also but we all just agree to tidy up after ourselves etc etc and respect noise. Pretty normal basic stuff really!
Hope to hear from potential housemates soon!
