Double room available as of September 1st
Currently, we have 3 females in the house. This ad is to take over one of the double rooms. Bills are not included in rent and are split evenly between all three tenants.
The bedroom is a good size and comes unfurnished. There is the option of purchasing some of the furniture in the bedroom from the current tenant.
We are both young professional females looking for a tidy/clean, friendly, and easy-going housemate. We are not a party household, although we do enjoy going out with each other occasionally to the pub, clubs, picnics, concerts, etc.
