Single, newly decorated furnished with a single bed & a light grey wardrobe, desk, lamp & bedside cabinet.
The room is on the ground floor. It gets lots of light. Bedding can be provided if required, but if you prefer your own that is fine too!

You will have access to your own shower sink & toilet (also on the ground floor). You are welcome to use the washing machine.

All bills are included (council tax, gas, electricity, water, tv licence & broadband).

Walking distance to Rose Bruford, Bird College & University of Greenwich Avery Hill Campus. Ideal for summer courses.

10 minute walk to Sidcup station. Walking distance to Sidcup High street, bus stops, local shops, cafes, bars, restaurants & parks. 15 minute drive to Bluewater & The O2.
Approx 25min by train to London Bridge.

About me!
I am single 48 year old female, with 2 grown up children! My son is 22 he lives with me & is working in London, my daughter is 20 she’s just finished her second year at Brighton uni so will be living mostly in Brighton and back home for the odd weekend. We have a very friendly, old dog (cocker spaniel), she’s only here 3 days a week. We are a welcoming & kind family & are happy to be on hand to help if you need anything.

We are looking for a friendly student to share our home.
