I have a double room in Blackfen for rent. Approximate dimensions are 13' sq This is on a lodger basis as I live in. I am happy to accept short term tenants who may be travelling or just in need of somewhere in the short term.

The room has a wardrobe, bed and drawers available if required. All bills (except phone) included. Wi-fi available. Shared used of living areas and kitchen.

You will have near exclusive use of the bathroom with bath and shower, except on odd nights when my children (three of them) stay over. I have a garage with secure space for motorbike or cycle. On street parking is free for cars.

Falconwood BR serving Dartford and Charing Cross is a 15 min walk. The 132 bus route is nearby serving North Greenwich for Jubilee line access. Greenwich University, Avery Hill Campus is a 15 minute walk away.

I do not discriminate on grounds of race, faith or sexual orientation. I ask that you tidy up communal areas if you make a mess! If you smoke you are welcome but in the garden only.

For the last 6 months I've had a great lodger who has now moved on. I found the site works really well.
