We have one medium sized double room which has been recently refurbished. The whole house has been recently refurbished, just a 5 minute walk from Albany park station and 20 min train journey to London.

We are a friendly and welcoming house of young professionals, looking for one new housemates to join us.

The house has recently been refurbished with a large and modern open plan kitchen/living area looking out onto a large garden with patio area. We have two brand new bathrooms and plenty of storage. The house is fully equipped with kitchen equipment and all mod cons including a brand new double oven, washing machine, dryer and two large fridge freezers. There is off road parking available.

The bills are included in the rent, including wifi. The bedroom comes with bed and storage. So you don't have to worry about buying furniture or building flat pack.

The house has a light, bright and airy feel. It is a lovely place to relax with plenty of space and privacy. It is only a stones throw away from beautiful open space of Footscray meadows.
