Double room available

So quick overview of the home as living here has to be right for you as well as me. It is quite a relaxed place to live but I do often enjoy friends round at the weekend aswel (especially during the summer). I look for tenant's that are generally quite sociable and enjoyable to be around (makes living in the same house easier). Doesn't matter if your rather stay in your room and keep yourself to yourself

The offering is of the double room and own use of the main bathroom, double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table

The room will be paid via standing order at a time suitable to you each month. This pays for the room, bathroom, use of washing machine and WIFI. As I am sure you are aware, like any rental I charge a month upfront and a small holding deposit. You will get the deposit back at the end though assuming nothing is broken or damaged.

I have use of my own en-suite so I don't use the main bathroom and there's also a toilet downstairs aswel.

We can go over basic ground rules at a later stage if you are interested but essentially as long as you keep everything clean, tidy and are respectable then there shouldn't be any problem.. My self won't be smoking in the house.. its always outside
