The house is a 5 minute walk from Sittingbourne train station and 2 minutes from the town centre, with easy access to the A2 and plenty of on street parking.

Every room is a single occupancy bedroom, fully furnished, including a desk and chair. This particular room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and full length mirror.

There is high speed Virgin Wi-Fi throughout the property and a megaflow water system to ensure plenty of hot water.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, hobs, ovens and sinks with a microwave and washing machine and separate dryer. The property has a separate living room with dining table and chairs to seat six and a sofa to relax and watch TV. The property also benefits from a decked area with large garden.
